Working with the Delamater family is like stepping into a whimsical storybook where every page is filled with joy and laughter. This is our fourth session together and everything I arrive,I know that the session is going to be something magical.

The time has come again! This is my fourth year offering B&W mini sessions, and they are always one of my favorites. Just a simple 10-minute session to capture all the personality of your kiddos, but the results are amazing! I thought it was time to put together a blog post with some favorites over the years while I answer some questions about these sessions. Get ready for ALL the cuteness!

It’s a common thing I hear all the time: photographers have clients approach them in the summertime, wanting to do sessions in the early afternoon but the sun is too bright. On the majority of days, without some great luck with the weather (and who can count on that in Maine?), the problem is we won’t be able to achieve the results that you want out of our work and give it that perfect glow. So what can be done?  Well, the simple solution, if it works for your family, is this: keep your kids up late.

So often, with sessions, I have clients who stress over the details trying to make everything perfect. I’m sure this is no surprise but, perfect is hard (and that's ok!). The Delamater Family made this family photography session near Sebago, ME so easy by going with the flow!

It was double the fun capturing this fresh 48 session for the two newest additions to the Ray family! That’s right, TWINS. These sweet little ones are absolutely beautiful.

In home sessions allow me to truly capture a family exactly how they are. Where they are in life, and surrounded by all the things they love! The Trew family has had two in home sessions with me now, and seeing their family grow, home renovations complete and catching up is always so much fun !
