Fresh 48 Session for Twins | Maine Newborn Photographer

It was double the fun capturing this fresh 48 session for the two newest additions to the Ray family! That’s right, TWINS. These sweet little ones are absolutely beautiful. Their mama is amazingly strong and already so in love with her girls. 

It was so fun to see how different each of the girls were, despite being twins. One little babe had dark hair and the other had light hair. There was almost a one pound difference in their birth weights. They are already so perfectly unique! It will be so fun for their parents to watch them grow into their own personalities. I can’t even imagine the strong bond these two girls will have as they grow up together!

There is such a good feeling that comes with capturing fresh 48 sessions. The first hours with your little ones are some of the most special but also the most fleeting. The adrenaline of finally meeting your little one mixed with the exhaustion of adjusting to caring for your newest addition can make it hard to remember to capture the moment. I love being the one to capture every precious tiny detail so you can freeze them in time forever. 

The pandemic has made it incredibly difficult to make fresh 48 sessions possible. Hopefully, as things slowly get back to normal, I can start capturing more of these very soon! These sessions are so special for mamas to have.
