In-home maternity and newborn lifestyle sessions will always be my absolute favorite sessions to photograph. These in-home maternity and newborn sessions in Boston with the Merritt Family were no exception!

The Le Family are clients that I have gotten to know so well, and I absolutely adore them. This session was done at the Allen Christmas Tree Farm in Gorham last fall. I had 8 families join me for mini sessions and it was so much fun!

When we found out that we were expecting, I could hardly wait to start decorating a nursery for our sweet babe! As a newborn and maternity photographer, I see so many gorgeous nurseries, so I had a lot of ideas swimming around in my head!

When I’m planning a session with my clients, it’s always a collaboration on where to shoot. Originally, we had intended to photograph a “golden hour” family session at Ferry Beach. Because it was such a beautiful summer night, the beach was packed. We ended up at this location down the road from Mom’s parent’s house!
