Boston In-Home Maternity + Newborn Session - The Merritt Family
In-home maternity and newborn lifestyle sessions will always be my absolute favorite sessions to photograph. These in-home maternity and newborn sessions in Boston with the Merritt Family were no exception!
Sometimes I get an inquiry and right away I do a little happy dance knowing that I want to play a part in documenting that family’s story. That’s exactly how I felt when this sweet mama to be contacted me to capture an in-home maternity and newborn session in Boston.
During The Merrit’s maternity session we hung out in their beautiful home for some simple moments of them snuggled up and played with their two Australian Shepherds. I could not get enough of them and they couldn’t get enough of being the center of the photos, they were the most precious pups.
Once Sienna made her entrance into the world I headed back into their home to capture newborn photos of their newest addition to the family. It’s always such an honor to photograph families as they grow. I always find it is so fun doing both maternity and newborn photos in-home, capturing the moments in the same spots where mom was pregnant and then with babe. It’s amazing how much can change in such a short time.
I really can’t describe how much it means to me to be invited into your space and photograph these precious moments for your family. Photographing your family in your own space, within the four walls in which you are the most comfortable and will make most of your memories together is truly an honor.
